With which smartphones is the scan possible?
In principle, all common smartphones work. As a certain amount of power is required to calculate your data and create your foot model, we recommend a powerful device.
You will find a list of tested devices in the Verifyt app. If yours is not included, it is no problem to perform your scan with a friend's smartphone (log in with your account on the device).
How do I know if the scan is performed correctly and shows valid measurement results?
If you are unsure, run the scan a second time and compare the measurement results. If you get significantly different values, an error has occurred during the acquisition or utilization of the images. Various factors can lead to this, such as lighting conditions, the undersurface, fogging of the camera lens, etc. We ask you to examine your result to see if it is realistic.
How does the scan work?
Using 13 measuring points on your foot, our system calculates your "perfect fit".
Our algorithm learns more with every scan. With over 50,000 scans already completed, the algorithm has matured - a comparison with an orthopaedic foot scan showed a 99% match of the measured values.
How long do the IMOTANA's last?
The lifespan of our boots is completely dependent on use. How often do you train? Do you look after your boots properly? Are you using them on the right surface? We give a 6-month guarantee on all bondings on the boot.
Can orthopedic aspects also be considered in the boot?
In this case, unfortunately, we can not help. If you have specific problems with your feet, please consult an orthopedist.
insoles can be used as long as they do not exceed the thickness of our standard insoles (4mm). Since insoles come in a variety of sizes, we cannot guarantee that your insole will fit your boot.
How is the IMOTANA football boot constructed?
Our models are a closed construction. You feel in them as if you were wearing a sock. We offer two constructions, which differ only in the lacing
Should I choose the boots with or without laces?
Whether to play with or without "laces" each player must decide for themselves. We can not give a recommendation. There are enough good arguments for both variants.
What is IMOTANA doing on the subject of sustainability?
At IMOTANA, only ordered boots are produced in order to avoid overproduction. In addition, with our concept we only put products into circulation that fit directly, which is why there are almost no returns.

What is the QR code all about?
The verifyt app is a standalone app. By scanning the QR code, your data will connect to our system. As soon as you have used the QR code (after scanning), we can view your measurement results and start production of your desired product.
For which feet are IMOTANA's suitable?
We can currently cover foot lengths from 242 to 297 mm. This corresponds to a boot size from 28 2/3 to 46 2/3. Borderline cases can be handled individually. Please contact our customer support.
If you have left and right feet with different lengths, this is no problem. We will make you the right boot for each individual foot.
We are permanently working on the expansion of our system. If we can't help you at the moment, please visit us again in a few months or contact our support directly.
Can I exchange the boots if they do not fit?
YES! We give a "perfect fit guarantee". If the boot doesn't fit you, we will make you a new one and take your criticism into account. Although the Perfect Fit is customized to your foot, there are still athletes who have individual preferences (e.g. extra wide boot, narrower ball shape, etc.).
I am dissatisfied with the quality of my boots or my boots are broken. What now?
