I have a problem with my Fit.

What exactly is wrong with your shoes?

They are too small

Perhaps the fit we calculated is still a bit unfamiliar.
But the shoes also still give a little. After a break-in period of 2-3 weeks, they should fit. You can shorten the break-in period with a shoe tree.

They are too big

Maybe the fit we calculated is still a bit unfamiliar.
If they are still a little too big for you, you can also put on thicker socks or a second pair.

No, none of this helps me.

I have a problem with my shoes.

  • Soccer boots are exposed to very high stresses. Signs of wear are excluded from the warranty.
  • The coating on the sole wears off over time of playing. This does not affect the performance of the shoes and is not a reason for refund.
  • If you have lost a screw stud, you can easily reorder them from our store.
  • If your laces are broken, you can easily reorder them from our store.

I have a question about the delivery time of my shoes

Our standard delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Our process is very complex and can be affected by external influences such as lockdowns, material shortages or strikes.

How do I perform a scan?

  1. The Verifyt app creates a model of your feet based on the pictures taken.

With which smartphones is the scan possible?

In principle, all common smartphones work. Since the calculation of your data and the creation of your foot model require a certain performance capacity, we recommend a powerful device.

In the Verifyt app you will find a list of tested devices. If yours is not included, it is no problem to perform your scan with a friend's smartphone (log in with your account on the device) or visit us at our flagship store in Würzburg.

How do I know if the scan is performed correctly and shows valid measurement results?

If you are unsure, run the scan a second time and compare the measurement results. If you get significantly different values, an error has occurred during the acquisition or utilization of the images.
Various factors can lead to this, such as lighting conditions, the undersurface, fogging of the camera lens, etc. We ask you to examine your result to see if it is realistic.


How does the scan work?

Using 8 measurement points on your foot, our system calculates your "Perfect Fit".

algorithm learns more with each scan. With more than 10,000 scans, the algorithm has matured - the comparison with an orthopedic foot scan resulted in a 99% agreement of the measured values.

How long do the IMOTANA's last?

With an average use of two to three training sessions and one game per week, the shoes will last at least one season. We also give a six-month guarantee on all bondings on the shoe.

Can orthopedic aspects also be considered in the shoe?

In this case, unfortunately, we can not help. If you have specific problems with your feet, please consult an orthopedist.

insoles can be used as long as they do not exceed the thickness of our standard insoles (4mm). Since insoles come in a variety of sizes, we cannot guarantee that your insole will fit your shoe.

How is the IMOTANA soccer boot constructed?

Our models are a closed construction. You feel in them as if you were wearing a sock. We offer two constructions, which differ only in the lacing

Should I choose the shoes with or without laces?

Whether to play with or without "laces" each player must decide for themselves. We can not give a recommendation. There are enough good arguments for both variants.

What is IMOTANA doing on the subject of sustainability?

At IMOTANA, only ordered shoes are produced in order to avoid overproduction. In addition, with our concept we only put products into circulation that fit directly, which is why there are almost no returns.

50% of our used materials consist of recycled materials.

What is the QR code all about?

The verifyt app is a standalone app. By scanning the QR code, your data will connect to our system. As soon as you have used the QR code (after scanning), we can view your measurement results and start production of your desired product.

For which feet are IMOTANA's suitable?

We can currently cover foot lengths from 228 to 304 mm. This corresponds to a shoe size from 36 2/3 to 48 2/3. We can handle borderline cases individually. Please contact our customer support.

If you have left and right feet with different lengths, this is no problem. We manufacture the right shoe for every single foot.

We are permanently working on the expansion of our system. If we can't help you at the moment, please visit us again in a few months or contact our support directly.

Can I exchange the shoes if they do not fit?

YES! We give a "perfect fit guarantee". If the shoe doesn't fit you, we will make you a new one and take your criticism into account. Although the Perfect Fit is customized to your foot, there are still athletes who have individual preferences (e.g. extra wide shoe, narrower ball shape, etc.).

Do you have shoes for artificial grass?

Our FG version can be played on all modern artificial turf pitches without any problems. However, we are already working on a special AG shoe that will be launched on the market in mid-2024.

What does the name IMOTANA actually mean?

IMOTANA is the acronym for Anatomy. With our brand we want to create products that correspond to the individual anatomy of each person.
